The Ben Crowder Quartet is a pianoless jazz quartet that performs original music with a focus on melody, countermelody, and improvisation. The band showcases a rotating cast of Columbus and Cincinnati talent and features trumpet, trombone, bass and drums. Our music is inspired by the likes of the Gerry Mulligan quartet, Ryan Keberle and Catharsis, Art Farmer, Benny Golson, Alex Sipiagin, and many more.
